Foodies have a full amenity modern kitchen that chefs love. Take in the afternoon sun on the deck, drying off from a relaxing swim. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the day at the beach or from your pet. Relax and BBQ on the deck while watching the kids and pets play in the large common backyard. Bike, hike, or jog on the resort-friendly paths. Build sand castles on the beach or tee off at the 3-in resort golf courses.
Concierge service available mid August through mid-May (i.e., dog walking, transportation, baggage drop-off). The living room and the master bedroom have cable TV. 2nd bedroom, bring your Fire TV Stick Roku.
Full access to all but the owner’s closet. Dune Buggy and Pool are seasonal, and dates vary by year. Typically open from April to October. Exterminators treat the property on the Third Tuesday of each month. You are agreeing to allow access; prohibiting access will incur a $50 fee.
We live in the next courtyard and are available to assist you with any questions, emergencies, or concerns, or you can be left alone. We leave that up to you.
Relax at the great beaches. Take a ride on the scenic bike trails. Kayak the 12 miles of lagoons. Golf the three courses on site(Trent Jones, Fazio, Arthur Hill). Play pickleball or tennis; there is plenty to do. Or do nothing at all. Visit the many restaurants for everything from Southern BBQ to steakhouses.
Great biking/walking trails. Free on-call in resort shuttle April-Sept. Uber and Lyft service if you want to go out for happy hour. An hour drive to Savanna or under two hours to Charleston to see the southern charms
If you are here in the off-season, when we are here, we can help with dog walking. If your pooch likes us, we can walk them for you to take a day trip to Savannah or Charleston. Reach out to us to coordinate calendars.
