When approaching the former toll road near the bridge from Spanish Wells to Sea Pines, turn off to go to Spanish Wells and watch for a red shack with smoke billowing from behind the hedge on your left. That’s where K.C. cooks up some delicious ribs and accoutrements for takeout. Some real native barbecue.
