This results-oriented approach has earned them a 5-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the highest designation in the top 1.7% of chambers nationwide, and the National Chamber of the Year award three times from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. They are among fewer than 200 Destination Marketing Organizations accredited by Destinations International.
With over 1,350 members, the Chamber of Commerce serves members and builds upon the solid public/private partnerships they’ve developed for over 65 years. The governing board, composed of representatives of key area industries and professions, including tourism professionals, works closely with the chamber to ensure that it meets the needs of members and the regional business community.
