Delisheeyo serves vegetarian bowls, wraps, smoothies, and juices. Fresh food fast. I have been there with my daughter and she enjoyed the smoothies.
They have a whopping 0.07 acre lot where they grow, harvest, prep and serve fruits and vegetables. Their produce is organic and always within sight of the kitchen window. There are about 33 steps between the kale growing in the garden and the salad bar, where they prepare massaged kale salad. This magical space has been their micro-oasis for the past 13 years.
Food that fresh has about double the nutritional value of imported foods.
