General Manager and Broker in Charge, Charleston native Cecile O’Neill Eck is former owner of Charleston Resort Properties. She managed over 80 homes and villas in Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Kiawah and Seabrook. Licensed since 1983, Cele has over four decades of active property management experience.
Cele is current President of the Lowcountry Property Managers Association, where she has served as a Board Member for the past 8 years. Cecile serves as a member of the Town of Hilton Head Accommodations and Tax Advisory (ATAX) Board. She can be seen most Saturdays during the summer personally checking properties and greeting arriving guests.
