Veterans’ Memorial Park honors veterans of American military service and is connected to Shelter Cove Community Park by a pathway that runs along Broad Creek.
The Veterans’ Memorial Park includes a walking trail, public art, a landmark flagpole, and seating areas. It is home to the Hilton Head Island’s Veterans’ Day and Memorial Day ceremonies. A parking area is provided at the park’s entrance on Shelter Cove Lane, off William Hilton Parkway.
