Barnacle Bill’s has been serving Hilton Head the freshest seafood for 42 yrs running. They receive 2-3 deliveries a day from local suppliers. They offer a variety of shellfish, fresh local fish and always have local shrimp. They do not carry anything frozen, imported or farm raised. While you wait in line, they offer beerverages (no that’s not a typo).
