Summer Beach Rules for Dogs

Hilton Head Island beach regulations regarding our furry friends are in effect from the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. From 5 p.m. – 10 a.m., dogs are welcome but must be on a leash or under voice control. Please remember to always clean up after your pets, keep your dog under control, and respect others’ space while enjoying the beach.
